Trophy Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by a group of passionate Food and Beverage professionals with an interest in building the craft beer scene here in Raleigh. We take beer and food seriously.
At all of our restaurants, we take pride in every aspect of what we do. From diligently sourcing ingredients for our beer and spirits, to working with local farmers, we do our best to ensure we have the best local produce possible to showcase NC agriculture.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
-5 years of management experience ( 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience or demonstrated experience as a trainer and leader in your organization and minimum 1 year general manager experience)
-High volume background
-Passion for craft beer & spirits
-Strong work ethic; typically requires a 50-55 hour work week, after all, this is not a typical 9-5
-A stable work history
-Be able to pass background checks
-Acute attention to detail
-Direct experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly and salaried employees
-Ability to increase sales and build strong relationships within the community
-Maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and hygiene

-Full service restaurant management experience

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*5 day work week
*Approximately 55-60 hours per week
*Running successful shifts
*Leadership & participation in weekly manager meetings
*FOH employee training
*FOH continuing education
*Overseeing BOH operations
*Scheduling
*P and L management
*Ensuring appropriate staffing for all departments and shifts
*Reliable Transportation
Salary is based on experience and full benefits including health, vision & dental insurance are offered to all full time management. We also offer a monthly stipend to be spent at any of our establishments, a quarterly net profit bonus program, 2 weeks paid vacation, yearly performance reviews, and a 401k match after one year of employment.
