Who you are

As a troubleshooter, you’re a true team player. You have an eye for detail and can adapt quickly. You also meet the following requirements:

• MBO/HBO level;
• Required to manage the English language in theory and practice;
• Computer familiarity (Excel, Windows, Word);
• Good communication skills;
• Affinity with logistic systems;
• Good analytic capacities;
• Self disciplined in work habits.

What will you do

As a troubleshooter you support the Warehouse operation with information obtained from the customer warehouse computersytems. To constantly approve operations by development, innovation and creativeness. Key elements in your job are:

• Solve system problems which influence the Warehouse-operation;
• Safeguard promise- and request-dates by feeding information to the leading-hand and setting priorities accordingly;
• Double-check on ‘ship-confirm’ actions;
• Communication to and from the customer where problems -which can’t be solved locally- are logged;
• Solving errors before and during the process;
• Producing (daily) reports and overviews;
• Monitoring and processing various reports.
