Ability to adapt and pick up new skills and technologies. Exposure to Agile methodologies & processes. Provide leadership and guidance for troubleshooting and resolution of system issue\problems. Analytical and Solution skill, so as to provide solution to business requirements. Should be able to work independently as well as lead the team - with ability to hands-on coding as required.
