Description CMP Pumping has been providing full-service concrete pumping services across the Southeast for 21 years. We have grown from a company serving only the Charlotte metro area to having projects, ranging from residential foundations, commercial high rises, DOT/civil, and major industrial work throughout the Southeast. Even though we have grown to become a large/industry leading concrete pumping company, we pride ourselves in providing an "open door" leadership model to each employee. The Truck and Concrete Pump Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of the trucks and concrete pumps. Inspections and repairs will be made to ensure that the fleet is both safe and reliable for service. They will be expected to have a clean and organized work area and be able to communicate effectively through work orders. Key Responsibilities Include: Routine Maintenance: Completing P.M. Service’s on both the truck chassis and concrete pump. Communication: communicate daily with area manager and fleet manager to discuss tasks and scheduling. Basic Repairs: Identify issues and make adjustments or repairs when possible; escalate more complex issues to the maintenance team. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lubrication schedules, completed services, and any noted equipment issues. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment by reporting hazards and ensuring equipment is safely maintained. Requirements Experience: 1-2 years in equipment/truck maintenance or a similar role (specific experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus). Skills: Knowledge of fleet maintenance and repairs, electrical diagnostics, hydraulic diagnostics, must have your own tools. Certifications: Any relevant certifications are a plus, though on-the-job training will be provided. Class B CDL preferred but not required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Preventative Maintenance Compliance: Adherence to lubrication schedules. Equipment Uptime: Addressing deficiencies quickly to minimize downtime. Documentation Accuracy: Up-to-date and precise record-keeping.

Responsible for the routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of truck chassis and concrete pumps to ensure fleet safety and reliability. Tasks include performing P.M. services, documenting lubrication schedules, and communicating with managers regarding scheduling.
