Description: This position will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to the following: * Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy * Perform body repair work according to estimate; welding and body alignments * Responsible for all phases of collision repair * Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required * Operate all equipment in collision center in a safe manner * Document all work performed when job is completed * Keep all work areas clean Requirements: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to work well with others * Take direction as needed * Must have tools/toolbox * Knowledge of current manufacturers repair standards and experience required * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds * Must comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations Benefits We Offer: At KLLM, we value our employees and are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – two medical plan options to fit your needs * Company-Paid Life Insurance $25,000 – additional voluntary life and AD&D coverage available * Disability Coverage * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
