We are looking for a highly organized Truck Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations team at our Coquitlam Terminal. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination and optimization of delivery schedules.

• Assigns pickup and delivery instructions to P&D Drivers within the P&D area.
• Monitors city maps for any road delays that may require driver re-routing.
• Schedules Drivers and Cartage as required
• Reports drivers start times for following day
• Liaises with customers, suppliers, Dock Supervisors, Business Development, Customer Service, Claims and Manifest to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitors driver yard time, workload, travel time, breaks and assigned pickups and deliveries.
• Assists in answering customer calls and logging pick up requests.
• Participates in other related duties and projects as assigned.
