SUMMARY

The Dispatcher is the first point of contact between drivers and the company. This role is responsible for dispatching and monitoring drivers and equipment for scheduled workloads, while ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining company policies, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and effective time management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• CCLP designationis considered an asset.
