As a truck Driver you will be primarily responsible for the transport of A2B shipping containers and pantec trucks within metro areas of Perth and occasional long distance trips within WA. Whilst adhering to A2B Removals company policy, procedure and guidelines. Long distance and overnight work will also be available for the right candidate.

Job description,

• maneuvering vehicles into position for loading and unloading
• loading and unloading vehicles using lifting devices
• observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
• Daily quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
• estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight
• ensuring goods are stowed and securely loaded to prevent loss and damage
• verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries
• Container rail drop off and pick up and associated compliance of container weight declarations.
• Must be willing to obtain forklift license if not already acquired.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
