We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mover/Driver (Class 1) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving operations, ensuring that items are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols.

SKILLS

• Min 5 year Class 1 experience
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.
• Proficiency in speaking English
• Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
• Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus for maintaining vehicle functionality.
• Experience in handling freight and understanding logistics is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols during all operations.

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from trucks, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading freight.
• Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any discrepancies or damages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient moving operations and customer satisfaction.
