We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo details as required by regulations.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and handling equipment.
  • Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
