JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver with Air Brakes endorsement (Class 5 eligible) to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, effective communication, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid class 4 license with air brakes is required.
• Previous experience in truck driving or commercial driving preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations in a timely manner.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Utilize forklifts and other equipment as necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and cargo documentation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.
