We’re looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our Louisville team. This role is essential to delivering equipment safely, efficiently, and with the professionalism our customers expect. WHAT YOU’LL DO  * Safely transport heavy construction equipment using company trucks and trailers * Load, unload, and move a wide variety of construction machinery * Properly secure all equipment prior to transport * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections * Follow all DOT, federal, state, and local regulations * Maintain accurate driver logs (hours, mileage, fuel, inspections, incidents, etc.) * Provide professional, respectful, and courteous service to customers * Use company technology for safe, efficient routing * Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance needs * Uphold Wilson Equipment’s standards of safety, service, and integrity QUALIFICATIONS  * Minimum 7 years of experience hauling construction equipment * Proven ability to load, unload, and properly secure heavy machinery * Valid Class A CDL * Clean driving record * Strong understanding of DOT laws, regulations, and driver logs * Ability to operate equipment for loading and unloading * Ability to pass a drug test and meet all DOT medical requirements * Ability to work overtime during busy seasons * Ability to work with customers in a professional, caring, and service-oriented manner * Dependable, safety-focused, strong communicator WHY CHOOSE WILSON?
