HABLAMOS ESPANOL!! ** CR Minerals has an excellent opportunity for qualified professional Company Drivers to operate locally out of our Pueblo, Colorado location. Average pay starting at min. $20 to $30 hourly. Guaranteed Home Every Night! DRIVER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Inspect and load rail cars with proper materials. Operate track machine in a safe manner as well as be able to coordinate rail car moves with coworkers. Inspecting machines for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance. Planning and meeting loading and delivery schedules. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Report defects, accidents, or violations immediately to management. Use proper PPE when loading or unloading raw materials. Operate computerized process control stations which control heavy manufacturing equipment. Monitor and maintain quality control system and procedures. Monitoring and observing assigned areas for abnormal conditions and emergency situations. Work and interact with outside contractors, customers, and agencies. Participating in safety reviews and other training activities. Maintaining proper and safe process operations of the operating equipment Perform maintenance related activities including welding, fabrication, housekeeping, and other labor-intensive activities. Complete inspections and report and deviations from standards. Load out customer orders including bulk and bagging operations. Operate mobile equipment including skid loaders, wheel loaders, forklifts, lifts, and other heavy manufacturing mobile equipment. Upholding company values, understanding and implementing all relevant company policies and procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards. Position may require shift work including 12-hour shifts that may rotate supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Physical Requirements: This position will be in a heavy, industrial environment. Will require lifting to 60 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders while carrying tools, bending, pulling, overhead work, respirator use, hearing protection use and minor electrical work.
