JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight and heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in commercial driving with (Class 5 Driver’s License).
• Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and logistics operations.
• Basic automotive repair skills for minor vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients.

  Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

• Operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving to ensure safety for yourself and others on the road.
