SHIFT SCHEDULE : Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years of driving experience in the warehousing or distribution sector
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience at or above the license classification for this position (including air brake endorsement)
• Valid Class 3 Drivers license (or equivalent within province)
• Clean personal & commercial driver abstracts are required
• Consistently be able to lift 50lbs
• Previous forklift and pipe yard experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and work well in a team environment
• Ability to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time sensitive orders
• Industry experience and/or product knowledge is an asset
• Attention to detail required
• Valid forklift license is an asset

• Responsible for delivery of customer orders
• Responsible for receiving, loading and unloading trailers, picking orders, restocking product and shipping with the use of a hand and mechanical trucks
• Ensures customer orders are completed
• Maintains regular communication with customers/sales staff regarding service/delivery matters
• Reports any damage to equipment or shipments
• Courteous to customers at all times
• Maintains a safe driving record
• Maintains truck to be safe and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned
