Looking to join the fastest-growing, family-owned wholesale pool and spa brand in Australia?

Operating for over 32 years, Pool Pro is an Australian family-owned manufacturer and wholesale supplier of pool and spa products.

We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time HR / HC / MRTruck Driver for immediate start at our Milperra NSW based wholesale warehouse.

This position will also require flexibility to work as a Store Person when required. A HR and/or MR truck license is essential, with an annual salary paid to reflect your experience and licenses.

We are looking for a motivated, fit, energetic and experienced Driver to deliver to our established customer base in and around Sydney suburbs.

You will be part of a team in a great working environment and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the key duties & responsibilities are:

  • Delivering stock to shops.
  • Loading & unloading stock and understanding safe work practices.
  • Completing stock packing requirements within assigned time frames.
  • Assisting with production where required.
  • Completing and maintaining paperwork.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Loading and unloading trucks.
  • Restocking stock picking areas if required.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of truck.
  • General warehouse duties as directed.
  • Transporting stock.
  • Experience in multi-drop distribution is desired.
  • Picking and packing stock for dispatch if required.

To be successful for this role, you MUST possess the following:

  • Minimum of 2+ years truck driving experience to be considered for this position.
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Abide by all OH&S rules.
  • A current and valid Forklift License for at least 6 months preferred, but not essential.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Accuracy, numeracy & English skills.
  • Ability to work well unsupervised.
  • Ability to take direction from others.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Be physically fit – manual handling & occasional heavy lifting.
  • Must be able to live and work in Australia.
  • Good knowledge of Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas.
  • Good clean driving record.
  • Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
  • We do drug and alcohol testing.

The role involves working as part of a team, so communication skills are essential. You will need to be a safety-focused worker, have a great set of work ethics and be a reliable team member. You will need your own transport and 2 contactable referees.
