The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating Monroe Tractor vehicles and transporting equipment for the dealership. Pay Range: $24 - $28.50 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan + Match Competitive Paid Time Off Policy Short/Long Term Disability Family-owned and operated Annual Reviews Generous Annual Incentive Bonus opportunity Qualifications 1+ years’ experience as semi-trailer truck operator 1+ years' experience transporting large agricultural equipment preferred CDL- A license Low Boy experience preferred Responsibilities Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts Load and unload equipment; must tie down loads securing equipment with chains, binders, and traps Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required Assist in keeping the location lot organized and professional-looking Perform annual DOT inspections on all vehicles and trailers for the location Conduct business according to company values Any other duties as assigned We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
