Position Summary Mutual Materials is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Seasonal Truck and Trailer Driver to join our delivery and distribution team based out of our Three Forks, MT location, operating under our Kanta Products division. This position primarily serves the Gallatin Valley region and Southeastern Montana. This is a seasonal opportunity running from May through September, offering a competitive wage and the chance to build your skills with a respected company. While this role is seasonal to start, we are actively looking to bring the right candidate on full-time year-round at the base wage of $28.50/hour, depending on performance and business needs. A bonus of $1,500 is given after six months of continues employment. Schedule & Compensation: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (day shift), with some overtime as needed Seasonal wage: $28.50/hour + $3.50/hour premium for all hours worked from May through September ($32/hour total during this period) Base wage: $28.50/hour for year-round employment New hire bonus eligibility after six months of continuous employment Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and deliver Mutual Materials products to customers throughout the region Transport bulk cement from local vendors to our plant in a timely and safe manner Verify product counts and delivery paperwork for accuracy Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, courteous attitude KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving tandem axle and/or flatbed trucks. A current class "A" CDL license and will satisfactorily complete all Federal DOT requirements. This position calls for an individual with good verbal communication skills; previous customer service experience is a plus. Any applicant should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have the ability to work independently, but also as part of a face-paced distribution team. Prior knowledge of Mutual Materials products and the ability to operate a Forklift is a plus. Must be willing and able to work overtime.
