We are a wholesaler and discount retail chain offering our customers a range of branded and value for money; Ladieswear, menswear, childrenswear, homewares and home furnishings. We are seeking the services of an experienced Truck Driver (MR)/ Storeman for a great opportunity to join our team based at our Distribution Centre located in Altona North.
The successful candidate will have had at least 4 years of warehousing and transportation experience.
Answering to the owner we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to work hard and get their hands dirty.
You will be required to complete deliveries/pickups around the Melbourne metropolitan area and some regional areas so a good knowledge of Melbourne is preferred.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hold a current MR Licence – Minimum Requirement
• Clean Driving Record
• Forklift Licence (Required)
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable

MAIN DUTIES

• Safe and prompt delivering and picking up of stock from various locations across Melbourne
• Very much a hands on position
• Assisting with receiving and despatching of stock
• Other duties include assisting warehouse staff as required (forklift work, picking and packing and unloading containers)
