We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in commercial driving or freight transportation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and forklift use is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and handle physical demands of the job.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy trucks to transport freight to various locations while following all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure the truck is in optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
