About the role A great opportunity has arisen in our Hudson Mitre 10 Trade Centre business for a Truck Driver in our new Warringah site. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role working a 38-hour week. The team member will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated, and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. They will need to hold a current HR or MR Truck License and have prior experience in a similar position. What you will be doing Delivery goods to our customers (occasional hand unloads) Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors Provide accurate deliveries on time, with a high focus on customer service Be relied upon to represent the company in a professional manner What you will bring Hold a valid car license Hold a current HR or MR Truck License – essential Hold a Hiab ticket (an advantage) Forklift License (an advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be physically fit (some heavy liftings required) Able to deliver to building sites in surrounding areas About Us For over 50 years Mitre 10 has been the local and independent hardware store to thousands of Australians.
