This support position is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get involved in the fast-paced side of the beer industry!. This entry-level position will be responsible for working alongside our Delivery team to service key accounts in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown and extended territories. This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset. Work Days: Monday - Friday Time: Start time between 4:15am and 4:30am (end time varies based on business needs) Full Time: 35+ hour per week Starting Pay: $16.00 / hour Job Description: Our Truck Helpers are an integral part of our team and a strategic partner who assists in the development and fostering account relations. They will aid and assist delivery drivers with the safe transport, unloading, and merchandising of beverage products to customer locations. Qualified applicants: * Must be a self-reliant, self-starting individual who works well independently and as part of a team * Must have basic tablet and computer skills * Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Must have a high level of attention to detail * Must have a willingness to learn * Team player * Excellent attendance Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and foster relations within the assigned accounts * Stock and rotate products * Work closely with Drivers to communicate any sales and distribution issues * Present a professional public image and maintain a positive attitude that favors the company. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact positively with the general public Physical Requirements: * Frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting of heavy objects * Manual dexterity, body coordination, and mobility required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy * The position is non-stationary for approximately 90% of the time - walking and standing of long periods of time

Responsibilities

Assist delivery drivers with the safe transport, unloading, and merchandising of beverage products at various customer accounts. Foster positive customer relations and ensure products are properly stocked and rotated.
