We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with truck sales documentation experience to support our sales and finance teams with truck invoicing and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

· Download and process factory invoices and final bills for trucks.
· Update sales info accurately in company systems.
· Prepare and issue truck invoices promptly.
· Scan, organize, and archive sales documents (contracts, delivery sheets, warranty forms).
· Manage contract preparation and maintenance, including loans and leases.
· Assist with truck setups—verifying documentation and lien clearances.
· Issue purchase orders and coordinate invoice payments.
· Track deposits and down payments.
· Provide general admin support to sales and finance teams.
· Communicate with salespersons and customers to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
