POSITION SUMMARY

The Licensed HET/310T is responsible for servicing and maintaining company equipment by using standard “Best Practices”, and providing guidance to apprentices. Responsibilities will encompass diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and performing preventive maintenance tasks to keep our fleet in optimal condition. Additionally, will collaborate with the maintenance team, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing the efficiency of our trucking services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance Inspections and repairs.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Work towards meeting industry standard repair times for assigned repairs.
  • Train on and stay current with new technologies.
  • Maintain work areas of shop to meet health and safety standards.
  • Communicate issues/concerns to managers as needed.
