We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Truck Parts Front Desk Representative to manage parts inquiries, sales, and inventory coordination. This role involves assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring efficient parts distribution while providing excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Prior experience in truck parts sales, automotive parts, or a related field is MUST.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with truck components, manufacturers, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using inventory and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries about truck parts in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments using the company’s inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and special orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to track deliveries and restock parts.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims following company policies.
• Keep the front desk and showroom organized and presentable.
• Provide basic technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
