Description

Cullen Western Star Trucks Ltd. is currently looking for a Temporary New Truck Sales Administrator to join our team at our head office in Surrey for about 12–18 month term Maternity relief. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our New Truck Sales team, assisting with processes related to the purchase, sale, and delivery of new trucks. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and works collaboratively with other departments.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Experience with Procede and CRM systems is an asset
· Previous experience in the truck or dealership industry is a plus
· Valid driver’s license (Class 3 considered an asset)
· Valid passport and ability to travel if needed

Responsibilities

· Set up and maintain vehicle records
· Create and process purchase orders
· Generate sales invoices
· Handle warranty registrations and purchase extended warranties
· Update and maintain promotional inventory jackets
· Maintain customer data, inventory, and truck images in our CRM system
· Collaborate with Daimler Truck Financial to secure financing for customers
· Assist with the preparation of ICBC documents for vehicle insurance
· Process deal files and calculate sales commissions
· Forecast truck purchase and delivery timelines for cash flow planning
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department
· Assist with trade show logistics and preparation
· Maintain the sales website, vacation calendar, and duty schedule
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
