General Job Description This position will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of commercial vehicles for the assigned Service Department(s). This position will provide exceptional customer service and conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional image. Responsibilities Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements. Check lot and log out truck locations. Battery log/charging (EV, Diesel). Daily sales/RO updates. Check in/out trucks. Coordinate delivery prep (wash, inspect, fuel). Deliveries approved by GM. Lot organization (sales/service). Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers. II. Minimum Job Qualifications 18 years of age. High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience. Valid Commercial Driver License, and qualifying MVR III. Desired Job Qualifications 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience. Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision. Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Heavy-duty truck aptitude. Strong organization, communication, and phone skills. IV. Mental Capability Requirements Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions and information. Organization: Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology. Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Communication: Ability to understand follow basic instructions and guidelines. Mathematics: No mathematical ability is required. V.
