Simple Lend is seeking a motivated and results-driven Truck Sales & Buyer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between truck buyers and sellers—helping close deals, manage leads, and drive revenue. You will play a vital role in handling incoming calls, qualifying buyers for trucks and financing, uploading truck listings, and ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
This is a full-time, remote-first role with strong commissions, a base salary, and growth potential for someone passionate about sales, logistics, and the trucking industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, procurement, or B2B equipment brokerage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with confidence in cold and warm outreach.
  • Ability to learn and identify key specs and valuation factors in heavy-duty trucks and equipment (training provided).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.
Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with equipment sellers (individuals and companies).
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, pricing feedback, and required documentation.
  • Identify and verify key specs for trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring listings are accurate and market-aligned.
  • Respond to buyer inquiries and help match qualified buyers to available inventory.
  • Support offer negotiation between buyers and sellers to maximize win-win outcomes.
  • Maintain seller records, pipeline status, and updates in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth listing-to-sale transitions.
  • Monitor market pricing trends and recommend adjustments as needed.
