We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Truck Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for closing deals.
If you’re a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the trucking industry, this is your chance to accelerate your earning potential and become a key player in our growing dealerships.
This role would be covering Southampton area.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid)
Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Adams Morey itself was launched in 1973 and has successfully built an extensive customer base in the truck and van marketplace along the south coast. With its company headquarters in Southampton, we are the main DAF truck dealers in the area offering sales, parts and servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Sell new trucks within the Southampton area, increasing Adams Morey and DAF retail penetration in line with company and manufacturer targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed gross profit contribution targets from truck and service sales.
  • Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing retail accounts.
  • Ensure all vehicles and services are delivered in accordance with legal, contractual, manufacturer, and customer specifications.
  • Adhere to all UK sales laws and best practices, ensuring full compliance with regulations related to the sale of vehicles, financial products, and customer contracts.
  • Stay up to date with all relevant UK legislation, including consumer rights, data protection, and health and safety requirements.
  • Handle all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work alongside the Head of Sales to implement sales strategies and growth plans.
  • Sell large capital equipment, focusing on value-added benefits over price.
  • Negotiate effectively with end-users and decision-makers.
