Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Expanding customer base and strengthen existing customer loyalty
  • Canvassing assigned areas on a regular basis, as determined by your manager
  • Cold calling and providing quotes to customers
  • Refer all truck finance opportunities to the finance department
  • Ensuring all truck sale paperwork is completed correctly and that trucks are delivered on time, as per customer order and clean
  • Ensuring customer vehicle needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they require
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our products and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, shows, field days, customer nights
