JOB DESCIPTION: Truck Sealing (# of trucks loaded under CoA) Trucks arrive to designated terminal for loading After trucks load they drive to assigned location to get sealed by inspector inspector installs seals, records seals on BOL, Signs BOL for Seals only, inspector then generates (Factura) invoice for driver and emails BOL/Factura(Invoice) to Bureau Veritas operations Reports to job-site punctually and observes all Bureau Veritas, applicable federal and state regulations and standards, Terminal, Refinery, and/or vessel requirements, including safety and measurement standards. Behaves ethically at all times. Maintains a scheduled work status. Supports and participates in Amspec group’s company meetings as required. Communicates any problems, discrepancies, or other noteworthy incidents to the Operations Supervisor and/or Dispatcher without delay.

Responsibilities

The Truck Sampler is responsible for sealing loaded trucks, recording seals on Bills of Lading, and generating invoices. They must ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and company safety and measurement standards.
