REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Leadership and team coordination.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with truck diagnostic systems or software.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor shop technicians daily, assign work, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks and fleet units.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks meet Sokil’s quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assist with maintaining parts inventory, managing orders, and sourcing of parts.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and documentation.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate progress, estimated completion, and availability with dispatch and fleet personnel.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to shop staff.
  • Assist with emergency breakdowns and coordinate with the trailer shop for joint tasks when needed.
