Quality Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair is currently searching for a Truck/Transport Apprentice to join our team of maintenance experts.
We have been Winnipeg’s emergency mobile repair specialist since 2006. With our 3 bay shop and fully stocked service trucks, we’re fully equipped and committed to keeping our customers rolling. We offer emergency roadside service, safeties, and repairs to all makes and models of commercial trucks and trailers.
The Truck/Transport Apprentice will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing repairs in the shop and on the road with the Lead Hand’s supervision & guidance.

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

• Assist the technicians in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of all types of highway trucks and trailers
• Assist the technicians with roadside service
• Maintain proper maintenance reports and work orders
• Pick up and drop off parts and equipment with a company truck
• Work independently and as part of a team to support the daily needs of the operation
• Adapt to changing situations/circumstances

*JOB REQUIREMENTS*

• Class 5 driver’s license (class 1 would be an asset)
• Related experience would be an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with the use of computers
• Ability to perform repairs outside of the shop
