Description Eagle Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Contractor Manager Dispatcher in the Cincinnati, OH market. Qualifications: Knowledge of Ports and Railroads Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations, safety rules and DOT preventable truck maintenance Experience working with owner operator drivers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Knowledge of logs related to commercial/intermodal carriers Computer skills-must be confident utilizing the Google suite of products (docs, sheets, Gmail, etc) and Microsoft Excel Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required Responsibilities: Daily dispatching of Independent Contractors Order entry and setting delivery appointments Daily contact with customers Safety-logs, tracking and obtaining daily/monthly required documents Equipment tracking in port and rail systems Accuracy with Driver Pay Assist with customer service requests Assist with dispatch and driver needs Assist with other office duties as needed Compensation: Employer paid medical/dental/vision Paid vacation, sick and holiday 401k with company match Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Salaried position based on experience Equal opportunity employer, including protected veterans and people with disabilities.
