- Lead Legal Client Service Team (the “Team”) and coordinate all activities to deliver services to international clients while ensuring that service levels are met and business risks identified and addressed;
- Focus on clients/business’ needs and deliverables, and possess the skills required to build positive and strong long-term client relationships;
- Demonstrate technical industry knowledge to inspire clients’ confidence in Mercator® by Citco’s services;
- Ensure that the Team operates effectively and efficiently, and that all the team members are properly guided and motivated;
- Provide regular and proactive feedback and assistance to Mercator Leadership Team;
- Plan the Team’s resources in line with business demands, participate in the recruitment and selection process, lead, coach, develop, motivate, provide feedback and appraise the team members;
- Ensure timely reporting on internal and external deliverables, as well as, actively participate in clients’ invoicing processes;
- Fully implement Mercator® by Citco’s policies, procedures and guidelines in the Team;
- Actively contribute to corporate initiatives;
- Participate in projects to enhance the delivery of existing services to Mercator® by Citco’s clients, as well as, innovate to create new service opportunities; and
- Participate in projects to create opportunities for self-development and the team members’ development.
- Must have a Degree in Law;
- Have 5+ years relevant experience in Corporate Law Legal field and people management;
- Has working experience in international environment and project management;
- Flexible and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; and
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
