REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in real estate trust accounting (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of Australian trust accounting regulations
• Familiarity with reconciliation, settlement processes, and software tools
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with solicitors, agents, and stakeholders
• Independent worker with solid time management skills

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in trust accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
• Experience using CRMs like Agentbox and REX, and platforms like Secure Exchange or Xero

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trust Accountant to join our finance team in Australia. This is a key position supporting our financial operations and trust account compliance across the business. You’ll ensure that trust accounting is handled efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with all relevant Australian regulations.
In this role, you’ll also play an important part in our CRM migration project, supporting the transition from Agentbox to REX and helping the business maintain operational continuity throughout.
