About Us
We are expanding our team - we are a growing bookkeeping practice that specialise in real estate trust accounting and small to medium business general bookkeeping, payroll & BAS services. We are consultants for MRI software - REST & PropertyTree and partners with Xero & MYOB. We work with clients all across Victoria & Australia. All of our services are remote & you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
The role
We are looking for a trust accountant/bookkeeper extraordinaire with the following experience and skills -
Must have - excellent attitude (not negotiable!) pride in work & strong organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail - involves high volume data entry & not 1 cent can be left un-turned!
Must have advanced real estate trust accounting experience
Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification highly regarded
Can work independently and really “nut out” problems & find the correct solutions
Excellent communications skills - we are regarded as part of the team to all of our clients
Advanced experience with REST, PropertyTree, Re-Leased or Xero highly regarded.
You will be the manager of the accounts, tasks will include everything from receipting, payment runs, invoice entry, reconciliations, ledger adjustments, end of month audit reporting, communications with staff regarding accounts. Full support is given to our staff at all times - we are a team :)
