Job Description To assist the Trust Managers with all day-to-day matters in the administration of the trust structures (including but not limited to – preparation of trustee and director minutes / resolutions, preparation of bank instructions, completion of relevant checklists, transaction monitoring); To assist with the regular fiduciary file reviews; Liaison with bankers, lawyers and other external parties; Liaison with the respective internal IQEQ Departments.
