We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trust Associate, Client Service II to join our Delaware Trust team. This role is located in Greenville, DE. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work directly with external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and guide them to appropriate resources within BNY. Support clients in addressing operational and technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests. Apply trust administration experience and intermediate problem-solving skills and judgment to analyze client information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed. Monitor client inquiries, resolve non-routine issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team members. Use trust experience and knowledge of client needs to contribute to business development efforts and participate in initiatives aimed at improving the client experience. Recommend process improvements to enhance trust administration and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members Manage and administer multiple, moderately complex client accounts effectively. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in trust administration. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
