JOB SUMMARY
Provide key support to our Multi Academy Trust leads and Operations Training Coordinators to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Trust team to:
Manage Trust diary and events (internal and external):
manage all events – diary organisation, booking events, communication with schools and booking supportset up dates/ times for free support sessions (liaise with events trainers and share dates with Trust Operations team)e.g school data reports and targets
Complete Trust data reporting and QA:
download and prepare data reports from internal systems as requested, ready for leads to analyse and action ( including schools’ half-termly data, training summaries)prepare and update Trust data documentation – e.g., Phonics Screening Check tracker and other school level data
Carry out general administrative tasks as requested by all members of the team.
