To acquire learning and skills through conducting inpatient ward rounds and devising management plans of care, under supervision of senior staff To be involved in level two care, delivering NIV to patients admitted in Respiratory Care Unit To assist consultants in delivering the care by performing appropriate procedures (Pleural procedure, EBUS and Bronchoscopies) To participate in outpatient clinics To engage with multiple teams discussion to formalise management plans (eg; Cardio-Thoracic surgery, Radiology etc) To deliver effective teaching and be part of the quality improvement processes To get involve in leadership responsibilities delegated by the Consultants/Manager
