Responsibilities:

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $29.75/Hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

We are currently seeking a Trust Operations System Specialist. This position will be responsible for the oversight and recon of Federal Reserve, Depository, and Mutual Fund trades, including oversight of securities and maintenance on trust system. Other duties will include but not limited to:

  • Resolve discrepancies in trade information with respective parties and monitor liquidity of outside managed accounts
  • Oversight and recon of income, pay-downs, and maturity proceeds from depository, Federal Reserve, NSCC, and third-party sources
  • Participate in all required training sessions for compliance. Maintain adequate controls to ensure compliance with consumer protection statues/regulations in a defined area of responsibility. Implement bank-directed policy and changes relating to regulatory amendments.
  • Ability to create TrustDesk downloads to extract data for management reporting
  • Knowledge acquired to serve as backup for other Operational responsibilities
  • Oversight and recon of money market and mutual fund income and capital gain
  • Distribution, collection, and voting of Voluntary Corporate Actions. Oversight of all Capital Structure posting
  • Oversight and review of all asset pricing in the TrustDesk system

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • College or relevant business/accounting courses preferred
  • Proficient in use of Company computer-based work tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 3270 & TrustDesk
  • Figure aptitude, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work in a team environment, experience illustrates proactive action to achieve goals
