Job Description To provide predominantly trust accounting services, support with client administrative matters and assisting with provision of wider private client services. What will you be doing? Working with a prestigious and diverse trust portfolio including both trading trusts and investment-based trusts supporting the delivery of a consistently high quality service. Assisting in preparing trust accounts, tax returns and detailed working papers, ensuring accuracy and robust documentation, to support clients with their long term wealth strategies and structures. Supporting the annual compliance cycle, following established internal procedures and ensuring the timely submission of tax returns. Managing day to day client administration, including maintaining well organised digital files and assisting with budgeting and billing for clients with complex estate management needs. Handling internal administrative responsibilities such as managing your own workflow, meeting deadlines, and completing weekly timesheets to support efficient team operations. Providing high level support to senior staff and Partners, helping to collate, analyse and schedule information for planning and advisory projects involving succession planning, asset protection, and multi jurisdictional considerations. Qualifications Skills, Experience & Qualifications Practical experience in bookkeeping or data entry. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Strong numeracy & computer literacy skills. Positive, proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
