The Trust Tax Specialist role is designed to assist in managing and overseeing the tax-related activities for trust accounts. This position involves preparing documentation, maintaining records, assisting in the preparation of tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws. The Trust Tax Specialist will work closely with CPA partners, trust administration, and other team members to provide seamless support in trust tax matters. Tax season requires extended work schedule (6 days a week) from February, March, April, and September with no PTO during this time. Requirements This position requires the following skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, tax, or accounting is preferred 2 years’ experience in tax or accounting preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills Ability to coordinate among internal departments and external tax professionals Strong organizational skills Strong research skills If these match your skills and you share our values of integrity, reliability, respect, and opportunity, we would love the chance to talk to you!
