INSTITUTIONAL TRUST TEAM LEADER

The principle accountability of this position is to manage the operational functions of an Institutional Trust business unit responsible for the delivery of services such as trustee, custody, pension services, and cash management. In this role you will maintain key performance measurements to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met while administering the employee performance management process for direct reports and managing to established departmental goals.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 or more years Security Industry experience
  WORK BEST CATEGORY:Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote
  HOURS:8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
  SALARY:To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
