Trusts & Estates Associate Pay: $160,000 – $175,000 annually Additional Compensation: Referral bonus + discretionary annual bonus Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) Schedule: Full-time (hybrid; one remote day per week) Type: Direct Hire Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Position Overview A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of estate planning experience and be comfortable working with a diverse client base on complex estate, gift, and tax matters. \n Key Responsibilities Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning Prepare and review related tax returns Manage estate and trust administration, including all aspects of Massachusetts probate and trust law Handle routine probate administrations from start to finish Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, and professional advisors Qualifications Minimum 7 years of estate planning experience Strong understanding of probate and trust administration Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple complex matters simultaneously \n
