This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and interested in pursuing a career in the legal profession. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position with competitive pay and benefits. $30.00–$38.00/hour (DOE) Annual bonuses Medical (95–100% employer-paid for employee) Dental & vision insurance 100% employer-paid long-term disability & life insurance Generous vacation, sick leave, and holidays Annual cost-of-living adjustments 401(k) with match + profit sharing Parking or bus pass provided Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys Prepare and manage legal documents and client communications Coordinate new client onboarding and maintain records Manage calendars, calls, and correspondence Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Handle filing, mail distribution, and document organization Assist with firm systems, data entry, and CRM management Support additional attorneys as needed Requirements Strong writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) Excellent communication and client service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Professional, proactive, and able to take initiative Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of administrative experience (law firm preferred) College degree Familiarity with California court filings and probate processes Experience with estate planning, trust administration, or probate Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
