Description
Bachelor's degree or higher in Microwave Engineering, Wireless Communication, or an equivalent field. 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry (3+ years for candidates with a Bachelor's degree). Solid knowledge of microwave and electromagnetic field theory, with hands-on experience in RF circuit design (e.g., PLL, LNA, Mixer, RF Switch). Proficient in using radio test instruments such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Experience in Transceiver Link Design (e.g., Link Budget, Requirement Allocation, Key Component Selection). Familiarity with Radio Simulation Software such as ADS or HFSS.
