Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Proposal Manager to support a flourishing federal IT provider based out of Chantilly, VA. The TS/SCI Cleared Proposal Manager is responsible for leading proposal efforts with federal customers in the $30m - $300m range.

Responsibilities of the TS/SCI Cleared Proposal Manager Includes:

• Provide high-level guidance and delivery for federal proposal lifecycle bids and final submission reviews.
• Work thorugh FAR and Shipley proposal guidelines to win work.
• Facilitate the use of various proposal tools, work products, and techniques to create winning proposals which will execute win strategy
• Provide final review and mentoriship to the propsal process and team.

Qualifications for the TS/SCI Cleared Proposal Manager Includes:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or experience equivalent
• Shipley certifiication required
• Advanced knowledge of managing succesful proposals
• TS/SCI clearance is required

Compensation for the TS/SCI Cleared Proposal Manager Includes:

• Salary Range: $183,000 - $193,000 depending on experience and education
