Piper Companies is searching for a TS/SCI Network Consulting Engineer to work for a leader in the technology space and reside in Oakton Virginia. The TS/SCI Network Consulting Engineer will design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure.

Responsibilities of the TS/SCI Network Consulting Engineer include:

• Perform in-depth protocol-level analysis (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMTP, TLS, VPN).
• Analyze PCAP data to identify threats, anomalies, and performance issues.
• Conduct packet capture using taps in the environment.

Qualifications for the TS/SCI Network Consulting Engineer include:

• Must be eligible to hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong background in network routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with packet capture tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing PCAP files for security and performance insights

Compensation for the TS/SCI Network Consulting Engineer includes:

• Total compensation is $160,000 - $175,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
• Onsite 5 days a week in Oakton, VA
